Role Overview

Lead the organization's Industrialised Construction & Modularisation Center of Excellence (CoE), driving the adoption of modern construction methodologies, modularization, and off-site manufacturing to improve project delivery, quality, productivity, safety, and sustainability.

The role will oversee the end-to-end modular construction ecosystem, spanning design, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and site assembly.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A visionary leader with deep expertise in modular construction, industrialized project delivery, digital engineering, and manufacturing-led execution, capable of building a best-in-class Modular Construction Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

- Define and execute the Industrialised Construction and Modularisation strategy.
- Establish and lead a high-performing Modular Construction CoE.
- Drive standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement across projects.
- Promote adoption of modern methods of construction (MMC) and modular solutions.

Core Capability Leadership 1. Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DfMA)

- Develop DfMA standards and implement design optimization for modular delivery.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable, transportable, and constructible.

2. Modular Engineering

- Lead engineering of modular and prefabricated solutions.
- Integrate structural, architectural, and MEP systems for modular execution.

3. Digital Engineering / BIM

- Drive BIM, Digital Engineering, and Digital Twin adoption.




- Establish model-based coordination and data-driven project delivery.

4. Manufacturing & Supply Chain

- Develop off-site manufacturing strategies and supplier ecosystems.
- Improve factory productivity, quality, and supply chain performance.

5. Logistics & Site Assembly

- Optimize transportation, lifting, installation, and site assembly processes.
- Ensure secure and efficient modular deployment at project sites.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree in Construction Management/Project Management preferred.
- Certifications in BIM, DfMA, Lean Construction, or Modular Construction are advantageous.

Experience

- 18+ years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or modular construction projects.
- Proven leadership experience in modularization, prefabrication, or industrialized construction.
- Strong exposure to engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and project delivery functions.
