Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and create test strategies and test cases.
- Perform Functional, System,



Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.
- Validate Salesforce customizations including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Process Automations.
- Test Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities.
- Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
- Execute API testing and data validation activities.
- Manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams for quality delivery.
- Support release validation and production deployment verification.
