What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

✔️ 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation / Business Development

✔️ Strong communication and research skills

✔️ Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach

✔️ Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Sheets/Excel

Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.



This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through targeted research, outbound outreach, and follow-up with potential clients.

The specialist will build and maintain prospect lists, engage decision-makers via phone, email, and messaging, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include updating CRM records, tracking lead performance, collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging, and reporting on lead generation metrics. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration to support coordinated sales activities and timely communication with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Ability to identify and qualify new leads and robust proficiency in lead generation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospects and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, from initial outreach to handoff to the sales team.
- Strong research skills for market analysis, prospect identification, and understanding customer needs.
- Relevant experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or fleet management solutions.
- Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online prospecting tools to manage and track leads.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
