We are looking for a motivated, confident, and proactive Lead Generation Executive to support our sales and marketing team through soft calling, soft mailing, and lead engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct soft calling to share information with potential and existing clients
· Draft and send professional soft emails for client communication
· Research, identify, and engage potential leads
· Share company and service-related information clearly and politely
· Maintain and update client data in Excel sheets
· Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or interactions when required
· Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for smooth communication flow
· Ensure clear, qualified, and customer-friendly interaction at all times
Requirements:
· Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Basic knowledge of email etiquette, MS Office, and computer operations
· Confident, polite, and positive attitude
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
