ELVORA IT SOLUTION is expanding its client acquisition team and looking for motivated individuals who can professionally connect with doctors and medical practices.

Role: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Executive

Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home

Compensation: ₹4,500 per confirmed client conversion + performance-linked earning component

Monthly Target: 9 confirmed client conversions

Earning Potential: ₹45,000+ at target performance, with no upper earning cap

Working Hours: Flexible | Performance-based

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify suitable doctors, clinics, and medical practices.

- Conduct skilled cold calls and personalized outreach.
- Understand prospects’ needs and generate genuine interest in our services.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Generate qualified leads and successfully schedule demos with our team.

Requirements

- Strong verbal communication and professional calling skills.

- Confidence in communicating with doctors and medical professionals.
- Ability to independently research and identify prospects.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Bengali, or other relevant languages.




- Smartphone and stable internet connection.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work toward performance targets.

Selection Process

Applications will undergo resume/profile screening, followed by a 24-hour practical assessment for shortlisted candidates.

The practical assessment is paid. Candidates who successfully generate one qualified lead and schedule a demo with our team will receive payment for that successful assessment lead, according to the payment terms communicated before the assessment begins.

The assessment evaluates practical research, outreach, communication, and lead-generation abilities.

Performance & Earnings

This is a performance-based opportunity with no upper earning limit. Candidates who exceed the monthly target may earn additional performance-based incentives.
