Lead Full-Stack & Agentic AI Architect

Location: India Hybrid - (B'lore- HCM Layout)

Experience: 5–8+ Years | Domain: Enterprise Engineering, Agentic AI & Data

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Stack Java Engineering: Architect and deliver enterprise applications in Java (Spring Boot / Web APIs) from requirements to production deployment.
- Agentic AI Solutions: Design and deploy production AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain/LangGraph , CrewAI , or Microsoft Agent Framework .
- Data Engineering: Build and maintain ETL and analytics pipelines on Databricks integrated with cloud platforms.
- APIs & DevOps: Develop scalable REST Web APIs and deploy containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes .
- Data Management: Model and optimize relational and time-series databases ( PostgreSQL , TimescaleDB , SQL Server ).
- Quality & Leadership:



Maintain clean code, CI/CD pipelines, and test coverage (including AI-generated code); mentor distributed international teams.

Core Requirements

- 5–8 years in web application development with strong Java / Spring Boot and Web API expertise.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agent orchestration frameworks ( LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, MS Agent Framework ).
- Practical experience with Databricks (ETL/Data Engineering) and databases ( PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, SQL Server ).
- Robust background in Docker , Kubernetes , clean code, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication for cross-border collaboration.
