Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly analytical and self-driven Finance Operations Analyst to support senior leadership with financial and operational reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract and analyze data from systems such as Workday, Target process, and other internal platforms.
- Build and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and management reports.
- Track financial, operational, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Consolidate large datasets and translate them into transparent business insights.
- Support recurring weekly/monthly reporting and ad hoc leadership requests.
- Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude,



or ChatGPT to improve reporting and analysis.

Key Skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong financial/data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience in Finance Operations, FP&A;, or Business Operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and run with assignments.
- Experience supporting senior leadership preferred.
- Workday/Target process and AI tools experience are a plus.
- Strong background in Excel needed.

Working Hours: Must have approximately 23 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
