We’re Hiring | Lead Generation Manager (Real Estate)

Industry: Real Estate | Experience: 5–6 Years | Location: PCMC, Pune

Mangalam Landmarks is looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Manager with strong experience in real estate digital marketing and performance campaigns to drive quality leads, site visits, and sales conversions for residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Develop effective performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads for 2 & 3 BHK residential projects.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to improve lead nurturing, site visit conversions, and bookings.
- Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to reduce cost per qualified lead.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and lead funnel optimisation.
- Track lead performance through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback from the sales team.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.




- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven understanding of real estate lead funnels, lead qualification, site visits, and booking conversions.
- Experience in managing campaign budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms, Google Analytics, tracking mechanisms, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with sales teams to drive business growth and improve marketing ROI.
