What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using the MERN stack.

- Develop responsive React.js interfaces from Figma/PSD designs.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and scalable backend solutions.

- Manage technical decisions, code reviews, and code quality.

- Handle project planning, task allocation, and timely delivery.

- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the development team.

- Communicate with clients regarding requirements, technical solutions, and project updates.

- Use Claude Code/Cursor for AI-assisted development and validate AI-generated code.

What You Bring to the Table

- Robust experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Knowledge of MongoDB/PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, REST APIs, Git, and OOP.

- Experience in technical leadership, project management, and team management.

- Strong client communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage projects independently and ensure quality delivery.

- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or Cursor is mandatory.
