About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Lead Conversion & Client Onboarding Specialist who can turn potential business leads into paying clients and successfully onboard them for projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling client calls, and the ability to understand client requirements, explain our services, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

Experience is an advantage, but skills, confidence, communication, and the ability to close deals matter more. Skilled freshers with the right mindset are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other professional communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services and solutions.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Handle client questions, discuss project requirements, and coordinate initial discussions.
- Negotiate project terms and help move qualified prospects toward closing.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Maintain lead records, track follow-ups, and provide regular updates on conversion progress.
- Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Confidence in making calls and communicating with potential clients.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently from home.
- A professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and online communication tools.
