Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Systems Developer with 5-7 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and AI system architecture. This role requires hands-on experience in developing scalable AI applications, multi-agent systems, evaluation frameworks, and cloud-native deployments while driving technical excellence and innovation across enterprise AI initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and implement enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent architectures.
- Build and maintain AI pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and reusable AI components for production environments.
- Develop and optimize RAG systems, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector indexing, retrieval optimization, and reranking.
- Implement AI agents, tool calling, function calling, and workflow automation using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Design and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, latency, groundedness, cost, and overall system performance.
- Establish AI guardrails, observability, monitoring, tracing,



and governance mechanisms for reliable AI operations.
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python, FastAPI, and modern software engineering practices.
- Deploy and manage AI applications across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concepts through production deployment while ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to AI engineering standards and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI architecture, model optimization, LLMOps, and enterprise AI adoption.

Required Skills

- Experience designing and deploying production AI systems serving enterprise-scale workloads.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture patterns and scalable AI platform design.
- Experience with LLM observability, testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in MLOps/LLMOps and model lifecycle management.
- Proven track record of leading AI initiatives from POC to production.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical leadership across teams.
- Robust stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
