Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from RFQ to final delivery.

- Review engineering drawings and manufacturing requirements.

- Monitor quality, cost, and delivery performance.

- Coordinate with suppliers and conduct regular reviews.

- Ensure on-time project execution and delivery.

- Categorize components into part families based on manufacturing processes and maintain risk assessment data.

- Identify manufacturing complexities related to tolerances, materials, and processes.

- Plan, track, and execute projects with a hands-on approach.

- Prepare route cards, stage drawings, identify critical risks, and implement mitigation plans.

- Allocate work effectively within the team based on priorities.

- Guide and mentor team members to ensure product and assembly requirements are understood.

- Maintain quality, consistency, and process compliance.

- Handle supplier interactions, negotiations, and communication.

- Support organizational goals and align with the company's vision and mission.

- Experience working with suppliers in a global and cross-functional environment.





- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Aerospace, Precision Engineering, CNC Machining, Manufacturing Engineering, or Project Management.

- Proven experience handling complex machined components, supplier development, and new product introduction (NPI) projects.
