1.Learning & Development (L&D;) Executive

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

· Identify training needs and skill gaps through discussions with managers and employees.

· Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external training programs.

· Manage training schedules and communication with participants.

· Maintain training records, attendance, databases, and MIS reports.

· Monitor employee participation and training completion status.

· Support employee on boarding, induction, and development initiatives.

· Promote continuous learning and career development across the organization.

· Collect feedback and assess the effectiveness of training programs.

· Analyze training outcomes and recommend improvements.

· Ensure completion of mandatory training programs within defined timelines.

Performance Management Process

· Coordinate and manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle across the organization.

· Ensure timely completion of goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance evaluations.

· Monitor adherence to PMS timelines and follow up with employee and stakeholders for completion.





· Maintain accurate PMS records and performance data.

· Generate performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.

· Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates.

Other Activities

· Conduct L&D; research and recommend new learning initiatives.

· Prepare and maintain training calendars.

· Prepare Induction PPT for all companies.

· Coordinate training schedules with stakeholders.

· Monitor training plan execution and completion.

· Prepare monthly training and activity reports.

· Track training effectiveness and learning metrics.

· Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

· Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.

· Organize employee recognition, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.

· Manage employee welfare and well-being programs.

· Coordinate health, wellness, and recreational activities.

· Maintain records and MIS of engagement programs.
