Lase Machine Operator

- Operate CNC laser cutting machines for cutting MS, SS, aluminium, and other sheet metal materials as per drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and cutting layouts.
- Set machine parameters such as laser power, cutting speed, focus, and gas pressure according to material thickness.
- Load and unload sheet metal plates and ensure proper material positioning.
- Perform machine setup, nozzle changes, lens cleaning, and routine maintenance.
- Check cutting dimensions and quality using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Monitor cutting operations to ensure accuracy and minimize material wastage.
- Identify and troubleshoot cutting defects, including burrs, dross, incomplete cuts, and dimensional variations.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.




- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain production records, material usage details, and machine operating logs.

2. Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC laser cutting machines.
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and nesting programs.
- Understanding of MS, SS, and aluminium sheet cutting.
- Basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of quality inspection and measurement tools.
- Awareness of industrial safety standards

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
