Sundarban Agro & Tourism Development Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and creative Landscape Architect & Planning professional to join our team in Pune.

This role will involve planning and designing large-scale land development, farmhouse, tourism, resort, residential and landscape projects , with a strong focus on site planning, plotting layouts, landscape development and recreational spaces.

Position

Landscape Architect & Planning

? Location: Pune

? Employment: Full-Time

? Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning or related field

? Experience: Relevant experience in landscape design, site planning, land development or plotting projects preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare landscape and site-development master plans .
- Plan residential plotting layouts, internal roads, open spaces, gardens and amenities.
- Develop landscape concepts for residential, commercial, resort, tourism and large-scale land development projects .
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, surveyors and other consultants.
- Prepare landscape working drawings, planting plans, hardscape plans and detailed drawings.
- Analyze site contours, slopes, drainage and existing vegetation .
- Design parks, lawns, children's play areas, walking tracks, entrance areas and recreational spaces.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and 3D landscape visualizations .
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications and landscape estimates .
- Ensure designs and planning are aligned with applicable planning and development requirements.
- Participate in project discussions and provide practical design solutions for site development.

Software Skills Candidates should have working knowledge of:

- AutoCAD




- Civil 3D
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape / Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop
- MS Office

Preferred Skills

- Strong landscape planning and design ability.
- Good understanding of site planning, contours, grading and drainage .
- Knowledge of plantation, trees, landscape materials and outdoor amenities.
- Understanding of land-development and plotting layouts.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare professional drawings, presentations and 3D views.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel for project/site visits when required.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can think beyond individual landscape elements and understand the complete planning of a site — from land contours, roads and plotting layouts to plantations, open spaces, recreational areas, amenities and overall visual experience.

Candidates who have worked on large land parcels, plotting layouts, resorts, tourism projects, farmhouse developments or integrated landscape projects will be preferred.
