We are Hiring Land Acquisition ( Fresher)

Location: Anna Nagar East

Experience : 0-3 year salary: Min 15k Max 30k

Qualification: Any Degree

Skills Required: Land Acquisition, Property Documentation, Negotiation, Legal Documentation, Site Identification, Due Diligence, Market Research, Communication Skills.

1. Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities
2. Negotiate terms and conditions with property owners and brokers
3. Conduct detailed market research to inform acquisition strategies
4. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers & Owners
5. Coordinate with legal team and oversee the due diligence process
6. Prepare and Track the reports on property acquisitions and market trends
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations
8. Collaborate with internal teams to align property acquisitions with business objectives

Working time: 9.00am to 6.30pm Working days: Monday to Saturday
