Role & responsibilities
Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunoassay, etc.)
- Handle sample collection, processing, and documentation
- Ensure accurate reporting of test results within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
- Maintain laboratory equipment, consumables, and cleanliness as per standards
- Follow all quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols
- Adhere to NABL guidelines and safety standards
- Coordinate with pathologists and other lab staff for smooth workflow
Preferred candidate profile
- • DMLT / BMLT / MLT qualification (mandatory)
- • 1 to 5 years of experience in a diagnostics laboratory
- • Knowledge of automated analyzers and manual lab techniques
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- • Positive communication and teamwork skills
