? Must Have

✅ Service Desk / Technical Support experience

✅ ServiceNow

✅ Office 365 / Microsoft 365

✅ Active Directory

✅ Troubleshooting skills

✅ Positive English communication

✅ Basic Azure AD / Outlook / Teams knowledge

? Note: Training, internship and bench period will not be counted as relevant experience.
