Candidate Requirements
* Graduation in any discipline
- 1–4 years of relevant technical/customer support experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Hindi fluency is mandatory
- Strong customer handling and troubleshooting skills
- Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, printers and basic networking
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
Salary / CTC
* Maximum CTC: ₹5.20 LPA
- Salary will be based on previous CTC with an indicative 20–25% hike
- Final CTC will be decided by the client after reviewing payslips and offer details
- Do not commit or guarantee any salary to candidates
