Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and hygienic Kitchen Steward to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash and clean dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic cleaning and kitchen support tasks.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies.
- Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain waste management standards.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace hygiene guidelines.
- Keep the kitchen organized and ensure cleaning duties are completed on time.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward or Dishwasher is preferred but not mandatory.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene and cleaning practices.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Punctual, honest, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team.

Job Details

- Job Type: Full-time
- Department: Kitchen / Housekeeping
- Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, including 2 hours of rest.
- Advantages: Food and accommodation provided.
- Salary: 10000-14000
