Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations by assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Wash and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and containers.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with receiving and arranging kitchen stock.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during service hours.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef and senior kitchen team.

Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food handling.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.
- Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
