Kitchen Helper - Roles & Responsibilities

· Cutting & Chopping Vegetables.

· Washing Vegetables.

· Taking supply from store.

· Continuous and regular Cleaning inside kitchen.

· Helping Chef, Cooks and Assistants and obey instructions given by seniors related to any Dhaba work.

· Ensuring settings refilling continuously as directed by Cooks/Chef.

· Ensuring and delivering production support like, cutting, chopping, boiling, frying ingredients (Vegetable, Meat, Paneer etc.), grinding of masala, base gravy etc. required for dishes with superior standard with consistency and uniformity as per the guidance of Chef

· Strictly Minimizing all types of wastage.

· Ensuring kitchen hygiene at all time.

· Strictly maintaining discipline inside Dhaba at all time.

· Deep cleaning of kitchen including kitchen equipment’s once in a week and/or as and when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
