Currently we are hiring for Sr. Kindergarten Teacher, Below are the details.

Role: Kindergarten Teacher

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugaon nsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the daycare centre.
- Plan and supervise age-appropriate learning activities for children.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, nutrition, and overall well-being of children.
- Supervise and guide teachers, caregivers, and support staff.
- Maintain attendance records, children's progress reports, and parent communication.
- Handle parent queries and build positive relationships with families.
- Ensure proper classroom management and implementation of daycare routines.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline and cleanliness across the centre.
- Coordinate admissions, enquiries, and parent follow-ups, as required.
- Organize events, celebrations, and engaging activities for children.
- Ensure compliance with centre policies and child safety procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership, team management, and organizational abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Knowledge of early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to manage parents' concerns and staff responsibilities effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; ECCE, NTT, Montessori, or Early Childhood Education qualifications preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early learning centre preferred.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or centre management role will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
