Role Description This is a full time, on-site Kindergarten Teacher role based in Pune.

The Kindergarten

Teacher will facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences that integrate music, movement, and creative activities, following the Little Maestros curriculum and philosophy.

Responsibilities include planning and delivering daily lessons, managing classroom routines, observing and documenting each child’s progress, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging setting.



The role involves regular communication with families, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum refinement and school events, and supporting the transition between preschool and music-based activities. The teacher will also participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to design and deliver structured, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Ability to integrate music, movement, and creative play into daily classroom activities.
- Demonstrated ability to create inclusive, child-centered environments that support diverse learning needs.
- Robust classroom management, observation, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and collaboration within a team-focused environment.
