Hiring: National Customer Marketing & Modern Trade Head

Experience: 12–18 Years

Function: Customer Marketing / Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead national Customer Marketing and Modern Trade strategy
- Develop annual customer plans, budgets and activation calendars
- Drive sales growth, recent customer acquisition, listings and distribution
- Manage relationships with Modern Trade buyers, category heads and retail partners
- Lead joint business plans, customer reviews and strategic negotiations
- Track sales, customer investments, activation effectiveness and ROI
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations
- Lead and develop the Customer Marketing team

Ideal Candidate:

- 12–18 years of experience in FMCG
- Strong experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Customer Marketing or Trade Marketing




- Ice Cream experience preferred; Dairy, Frozen Foods or F&B; also relevant
- Strong Contemporary Trade/retailer network
- National/all-India experience preferred
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proven team management and business growth experience
