Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of modern trade customers across multiple channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the modern trade segment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory management, logistics planning, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, making recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-12 years of experience in Textile industry with expertise in modern trade sales.
- Strong understanding of up-to-date retail business models and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.
