Junior Web Developer,

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Educational Qualification: BCA, MCA or B.Sc, B.Tech in Computer Science, or an equivalent technical background

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with front-end development, HTML, CSS and UI, UX work, is comfortable with core programming fundamentals, and is willing to work across a modern web tech stack. Full stack development experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and update responsive websites using HTML, CSS and related front-end technologies.
- Apply core programming fundamentals, logic building, data structures and problem solving, in day to day development work.
- Build and customise features using modern tech stacks such as React, Node.js, or similar, as required by the project.
- Work with SQL databases for basic data storage, retrieval and query needs.
- Translate UI, UX designs and wireframes into clean, functional code.
- Work on different web templates and design frameworks, adapting and customising them to project requirements.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement website changes and new features.
- Use AI assisted tools to speed up coding, debugging and content generation where appropriate.




- Test and debug website functionality across browsers and devices.
- Support ongoing website maintenance, content updates and quality checks.
- Follow existing coding standards and documentation practices.

Required Skills

- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in web development and design.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Clear understanding of programming fundamentals, logic, basic data structures and OOP concepts.
- Working knowledge of one or more contemporary tech stacks, React, Node.js, or similar.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of UI, UX principles.
- Experience working on different web templates and design frameworks.
- Hands on experience with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code as a development environment.
- Comfortable using AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude, to support coding and design work.
- Full stack development experience is an added advantage, not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Candidate Requirements

- Immediate joiner required.
- Vadodara based candidates strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
