Role Description

As a Junior Talent Manager at JEEVMEDIA, you will support the end-to-end management of creators, with a focus on talents across the globe. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting with scouting and onboarding international creators, coordinating communication between creators and brands, and helping structure collaboration terms and campaign deliverables. You will maintain up-to-date records of talent profiles, performance metrics, and ongoing projects, and help prepare briefings, reports, and proposals for brand partnerships.

The role also includes monitoring social media platforms for trends, supporting talent with content planning and scheduling, and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.



You will collaborate closely with senior talent managers and the wider team to provide consistent support to creators and contribute to building a strong regional talent ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational, time-management, and coordination skills to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and talent requests efficiently.
- Candidates should possess social media literacy and basic digital marketing awareness, including familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and an understanding of influencer marketing trends.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to track campaign performance, interpret basic metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a proactive, professional approach to challenges in talent and campaign management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Fluency in English and Bengali, plus familiarity with local culture in West Bengal and the Greater Kolkata Area, will be highly beneficial.
- Prior internship or junior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, media, or events is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated learners.
