Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates through online platforms, databases, and social media, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

The Junior Talent Acquisition

Specialist will support end-to-end recruitment activities, maintain accurate candidate records, and communicate updates clearly and promptly. The position includes working towards target-based hiring goals (up to 10k/target), assisting in drafting job postings, and helping improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience. The role requires consistent collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to defined timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening,



and basic interview coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship-building, clear written and verbal communication, and professional follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Candidates should possess skills in using online job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking tools or spreadsheets.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior internship or entry-level experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, and an interest in working in a target-based, performance-oriented environment.
