About the Role

Wishbox Studio is looking for a creative, organised, and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Marketer to join our team. If you enjoy social media, have a good eye for content, stay updated with trends, and are excited about working with different brands, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in social media marketing while working across diverse industries, collaborating with creative teams, and learning how brands communicate with their audiences online. We're looking for someone who is curious, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is eager to turn ideas into engaging content.

What You'll Do

- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies and monthly content calendars for multiple clients across different industries.
- Research social media trends, trending audio, relevant conversations, and competitor content to identify opportunities for brands.
- Write engaging captions, develop content ideas, and assist with copywriting for posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members to ensure content is delivered on time.
- Prepare clear creative briefs, share references, track feedback, and follow up on content approvals.
- Assist in managing day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts, publishing content, and maintaining consistent brand communication.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, brand collaborations,



influencer activities, and event-led content.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions to help maintain an active and engaging online presence for clients.
- Track page performance, engagement, reach, follower growth, and other relevant metrics, and assist in preparing monthly performance reports.
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and tracking paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather information, communicate updates, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
- Stay updated with platform features, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to bring fresh ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field. Freshers with relevant internships or strong work samples are welcome to apply.
- A genuine interest in social media, digital culture, content trends, and brand communication.
- Good written communication skills, with an ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically sound copy.
- A creative mindset and the ability to contribute fresh ideas for different brands and audiences.




- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with a team.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- An understanding of content formats such as reels, carousels, stories, static posts, and short-form videos.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, Meta Business Suite, or analytics dashboards is an advantage.
- An eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and the ability to identify content that aligns with a brand's identity.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience working with a digital, creative, or social media agency.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook advertising.
- Basic video editing skills or an understanding of short-form video content.
- Experience creating social media content or managing a personal, college, or brand page.
