Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for Micro LAP and Micro Business Loans.
- Conduct field visits and develop business through the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly business targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
- Freshers: Candidates interested in field sales are also eligible.
- Education: Any Graduate.
- PUC: Experienced PUC candidates can also be considered.
- Local Candidates: Preferred,



with valuable knowledge of the local market.
- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
