Greetings from RAD Resources. The 4 Star Hotel is looking for the Junior Purchase Executive- Food & Beverage (Positions: 10) who is responsible to assist in purchasing food and beverage items as per hotel requirements.
Salary: 18-20,000/month
Location: Hyderabad, Warangal, Bengaluru
Facilities Provided: PF, Food and Accommodation
Timings: 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for vegetables, fruits, groceries, dairy products, meat, seafood, beverages, and other F&B; supplies.
- Collect quotations from approved vendors and compare prices, quality, and availability.
- Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase records.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with the F&B;, Kitchen, Stores, and Accounts teams regarding purchase requirements.
- Check quantities, rates, quality, and specifications of items received in coordination with the Stores team.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchases, invoices, quotations, and vendor details.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and reorder requirements.
- Ensure purchases are made within the approved rates and company procedures.
- Support the Purchase Manager in vendor coordination, price negotiations, and routine procurement activities.
Skills Required:
- Any Graduate
- Basic knowledge of F&B; purchasing/procurement.
- Candidates with experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, or hospitality procurement will be preferred.
- Positive MS Excel and computer skills.
- Basic knowledge of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and stock records.
Note: Immediate joiners are preferred
