Quantity Surveyor (QS) Railway Projects

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong experience in Railway Projects to join our project team at Raichur.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and rate analysis.
- Handle measurements, RA Bills, client billing and subcontractor billing.
- Verify quantities as per drawings, BOQ and site execution.
- Prepare quantity reconciliation and variation statements.
- Coordinate with Site, Planning, Execution and Billing teams.
- Monitor project quantities, extra items and deviations.
- Maintain proper QS and billing documentation.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 6 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Railway Projects is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of BOQ, Billing, Estimation, Quantity Take-off and Rate Analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
- Candidates with infrastructure/railway construction experience preferred.
