RESPONSIBILITIES

-Create detailed 2D floor plans, elevations, and electrical layouts using AutoCAD. Develop 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp.

- Assist in developing design concepts by gathering imagery, creating digital presentation decks (using InDesign or Photoshop), and setting up physical material trays.
- Help prepare comprehensive construction drawing sets and specifications under the guidance of a senior designer.

-Visit design centers and contact vendors to source fabrics, furniture, lighting, wallcoverings, and flooring that align with the project's aesthetic and budget.
- Order, track, and organize material samples. Maintain and update the studio’s internal design library.

-Create and maintain detailed FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedules, tracking item numbers, dimensions, finishes,



and pricing -Request quotes, check lead times, and follow up on orders with manufacturers and fabricators to ensure timely delivery.

-Attend site walkthroughs and client meetings alongside senior designers. Take accurate field measurements, photograph site conditions, and write detailed meeting minutes.

-Assist in preparing proposals, invoices, and design presentations for client review. Navigating difficult conversations regarding delays, budget shifts, or design compromises. - Identifying opportunities for "add-on" services or future projects with existing clients.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
