Company Description Decoimagination is a design-first interior studio founded in 2015, specializing in turnkey residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.

Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing concepts, preparing mood boards, and assisting with detailed drawings and presentations for client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, coordinating with supervisors for residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors. The role will also involve site visits in Kolkata to assist with measurements, quality checks, and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Kolkata, working closely with senior designers and project managers to deliver high-quality, design-led projects.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Interior Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and design documentation.




- Skills in Space Planning with an understanding of how layouts impact functionality and user experience.
- Experience or training preparing or modifying plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar), and presentation tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, internships or junior-level experience in interior projects are an advantage.

Salary Between 12-15k Per month

Timing - 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
