DESCRIPTION

Kick-start your career as a (Junior) HR Business Partner in a fast-growing global Digital Hub. In this role, you will closely partner with an experienced Senior HR Leader and gain broad exposure across the employee lifecycle, talent management, organizational development, culture and strategic people topics.

As part of a growing and evolving organization, you will support leaders and employees, contribute to key HR processes, and help shape an engaging employee experience. You will also have the opportunity to support the development of HR processes and structures while collaborating with global HR teams across BASF.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn while growing alongside the organization.

MAIN TASKS

- Partner closely with the Senior HR Leader and the Hub Leadership Team on HR-related topics and people matters.
- Support employee lifecycle processes,



including onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes
- Maintain HR data, reporting, and people-related analytics
- Support the development of HR processes and structures in a growing organization
- Contribute to performance, compensation, talent, and development processes

- Support workforce planning and organizational structure activities.
- Collaborate with Global HRBPs, HR Operations, and external partners on international HR topics
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience
- Build strong relationships across the Digital Hub and global network

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Work Experience

- 1-2 years of professional experience, internships, or working student experience in Human Resources or people-related functions
- First exposure to HR processes across the employee lifecycle is preferred
- Interest in developing a career as an HR Business Partner within a global organization

Technical & Professional Knowledge

- Basic understanding of HR processes, employment lifecycle activities, and employee relations topics
- Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail




- Experience working with HR systems and digital tools is an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HR-related reporting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong learning agility, ownership mindset, and proactive attitude

Nice to Have

- First experience in talent management, organizational development, compensation, or mobility topics
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors or other HR information systems
- Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and build collaborative relationships
- Interest in data-driven HR and continuous improvement initiatives
