Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior HR professional to support recruitment, candidate coordination, and HR operations. The candidate must be willing to travel for field recruitment and support hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for cinema theatre positions.
- Conduct field recruitment, direct candidate sourcing, and local recruitment drives.
- Recruit candidates for Operations, F&B;, Housekeeping, Box Office, Security, Parking, Maintenance, and IT departments.
- Post vacancies and source candidates through Indeed, WorkIndia, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Follow up with candidates regarding selection and joining.
- Support onboarding, document verification, and employee record maintenance.
- Coordinate with department supervisors for manpower requirements.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and joining status.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree; HR background preferred.




- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to travel for field recruitment.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing is an advantage.
