Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Growth Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and is passionate about driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a key role in executing and optimizing growth strategies to scale our customer base and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

- Leverage SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and referral programs to enhance organic growth.

- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and market trends to improve marketing efficiency and ROI.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.





- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 0 - 2 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.

- Strong expertise in performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.

- Knowledge on SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.

- Proficiency in data analysis and campaign measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
