About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Vadodara.

You'll be working on social media creatives, brand campaigns, and digital content for a variety of clients. The role involves collaborating with our content and social media team to turn ideas and creative briefs into visually engaging designs.

We're looking for someone with a good eye for design, attention to detail, and the willingness to learn, experiment, and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories, and other digital creatives.
- Create visual assets for brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colour schemes, and overall visual communication.
- Collaborate with the content and social media team to execute creative concepts and campaigns.
- Adapt designs for different digital platforms and content formats.
- Work on multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Stay updated with graphic design trends, social media formats, and creative approaches.
- Maintain organized design files and editable project assets.





Requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual composition.
- Ability to create clean, creative, and brand-appropriate designs.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them effectively.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of social media management and content planning.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and content formats.
- Understanding of branding and visual identity.
- Experience in creating campaign visuals and social media content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing would be an added advantage.

Salary and Work Location

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills, portfolio, and experience.

Location: Otono India Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, Gujarat.

Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site position.
