Finulent Solutions LLP is hiring for multiple roles - Junior Designer to Associate Designer for BIM verticle for Navi Mumbai - Turbhe location.

Below are the required details for your reference.

Experience - 1 to 5 Years

Location - Navi Mumbai

CTC - Open for discussion

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and update MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other MEP service models based on project drawings and specifications.
- Interpret MEP drawings, layouts, sections, schedules and design information.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Support clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
- Prepare BIM drawings, schedules, views and documentation as required.
- Support Scan-to-BIM and As-Built modelling projects when required.
- Follow project-specific BIM standards, modelling procedures, naming conventions and LOD requirements.




- Perform self-checks and basic model QA/QC before submission.
- Coordinate with senior BIM engineers and project teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirement:

- Autodesk Revit MEP mandatory.
- AutoCAD valuable working knowledge.
- Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other MEP systems.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
- Understanding of BIM modelling and LOD 200400.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary models.
- Knowledge of BIM documentation and model QA/QC.
- Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud-to-BIM experience is an advantage.

Education:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Building Services or related discipline
