Job Title: Junior Civil Foreman

Location: Chennai

Qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience: 2-5 years

Skills: Manpower management, Site supervision, Construction work execution, Material coordination, Team management.

:

 Assist the Site Engineer/Senior Foreman in supervising daily construction activities.

 Allocate work to workers as instructed by the Site Engineer/Senior Foreman.

 Monitor manpower attendance, deployment, and productivity.

 Supervise construction activities as per approved drawings and site instructions.

 Ensure workers follow the required construction methods and instructions.

 Monitor the quality of workmanship and report any issues to the Site Engineer.

 Coordinate with workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of assigned activities.

 Monitor daily work progress and provide updates to the Site Engineer/Senior Foreman.

 Support the team in completing assigned activities within the planned schedule.
