We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Claims Executive to assist with the end-to-end coordination of insurance claims. The candidate will act as a point of contact between clients, insurance companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely documentation, regular follow-ups, and smooth claim settlement.

Job Duties and Deliverables include, but are not limited to

● Assist team with the insurance claims process, from claim intimation to final settlement.

● Collect, verify, and maintain all required claim documents and records.

● Identify missing documents or discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.

● Maintain accurate claim trackers, MIS reports, and claim-related databases.

● Assist in resolving claim-related queries, delays, and escalations.

● Proactively following up on pending claims to ensure settlement.

● Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of claims.

● Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, hospitals, garages, and other relevant parties, depending on the type of claim, as and when required

Minimum Requirements

● You have a bachelor’s degree in administration, commerce, or a related field.





● 1-2 years of hands-on experience in insurance claims processing.

● Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.

● Maintain a positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

● Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

● Good listening ability to understand customer concerns and provide resolutions.

● Ability to function independently as well as in a team.

● Ability to manage multiple cases and follow up consistently.

● A professional who values accuracy, transparency, and timely service.
