Labs 24 Global Enterprises Private Limited is looking for a technically sound, analytical, and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, product teams, designers, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical and functional specifications.

This role is ideal for candidates who understand technology, enjoy solving business problems, and can bridge the gap between business requirements and software development.

You will gain practical experience working on web applications, SaaS products, custom software solutions, and AI-driven applications and automation projects.

Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and relevant projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and operational challenges.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for development teams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and potential risks in requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and recommend improvements.

Technical Documentation

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), as needed.
- Write user stories, use cases, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Create workflow diagrams, process flows, and user journey diagrams.
- Document application features, business rules, user roles, and system behaviour.
- Understand API requirements, data fields, integrations, and application workflows.

Technical Analysis and Development Coordination

- Understand the fundamentals of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
- Work with developers to clarify requirements and resolve functional questions.
- Understand REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and basic database concepts.




- Coordinate with UI/UX designers and QA engineers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
- Assist with requirement validation, test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and bug tracking.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and requirement review meetings.

Data Analysis and Reporting

- Use Excel or Google Sheets to organise and analyse data.
- Write or understand basic SQL queries to retrieve and validate information.
- Prepare requirement trackers, reports, and project status updates.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, software development projects, product analysis, or a related role.
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.
- Basic understanding of web applications, client-server architecture, and software integrations.
- Ability to write structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation, organisation, and attention to detail.

Valuable to Have

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Postman, Figma, Draw.io, or similar tools.
- Understanding of database schemas, entity relationships, and data flows.
- Exposure to software testing, test cases, and bug reporting.




- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, or product requirement documents.
- Interest in SaaS products, AI applications, and business process automation.
- Experience with academic projects, internships, hackathons, or personal software projects.
