Job Summary

Eminence Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to understand business needs, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, valuable communication abilities, and a clear understanding of business analysis processes. Experience in the Travel Domain will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and wireframes where required.
- Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog discussions.
- Assist the QA team in validating requirements and resolving functional queries.




- Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a relevant role.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Travel Domain, including travel booking systems, reservations, itinerary management, or travel-related applications, will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, or process-flow diagramming tools is preferred.
