Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Chandigarh.

The Junior

Architect will support senior designers and architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and creating 2D/3D design presentations for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with space planning, drafting detailed layouts, coordinating with project teams, and updating documentation throughout the design and execution stages. The role also involves site visits for measurement, progress tracking, and quality checks,



as well as collaborating with vendors and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

The Junior

Architect will contribute to material selection, design refinements, and timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and project documentation.
- Understanding of Project Management principles, including planning tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Basic awareness of Software Development and Integration concepts, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams when design tools or systems need to work together.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Strong attention to detail, design sensitivity, and aptitude for space planning and material selection.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback constructively, and adapt to the demands of turnkey projects and rapid-paced project environments.
