Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design drawings from concept to execution.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and details.
- Assist senior architects in design development and project coordination.
- Translate design concepts into technically sound and buildable solutions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend site visits and monitor implementation of drawings.
- Resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Prepare presentations, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure drawings and documentation are accurate and issued on time.

Requirements

- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience.
- Experience in architectural and/or interior projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.
- Good understanding of materials and construction methods.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
