Job Role & Key Responsibilities The candidate will be involved in architectural design, concept development, 3D visualization, presentations and design documentation across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals
- Assist in concept planning, space planning and design development
- Prepare 2D drawings, presentations and architectural details
- Develop 3D models and visualization views
- Assist in preparing design presentations and client presentations




- Coordinate design requirements with internal teams and consultants
- Research materials, finishes, architectural details and design solutions
- Ensure design intent is maintained through various stages of the project

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Revit / BIM is preferred
- Knowledge of SketchUp / 3D software
- Knowledge of Lumion / Enscape / D5 / other rendering software is an advantage
- Good presentation and graphic communication skills
- Strong understanding of architectural planning and detailing

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
