Myst Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process bills, and assist with GST, banking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records, vouchers, and financial transactions.

- Record and verify purchase bills, sales entries, expenses, and payments.

- Maintain cash books, bank books, ledgers, and petty cash records.

- Perform bank reconciliation and assist with bank-related transactions.

- Manage vendor bills, outstanding payments, and payment follow-ups.





- Maintain records of hospital expenses, pharmacy purchases, and other operational costs.

- Assist in GST documentation, TDS records, and coordination with the external accountant or CA.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements and expense reports.

- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment approvals.

- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure confidentiality.

- Assist management with routine accounting reports and other assigned tasks.
