Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales invoices, bills, and credit/debit notes.
Verify product details, quantities, rates, and GST.
Maintain billing records and related documents.
Perform basic accounting entries and data entry.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
Assist with payment follow-ups and routine accounting work.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of billing and GST.
Computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Tally or ERP knowledge preferred.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
