We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team at Baked Cakes and Pastries.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, and payment records
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents
- Record cash and bank transactions
- Maintain proper documentation of bills and expenses
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Assist in maintaining branch-wise accounts and records
- Support payroll and salary-related accounting work
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting requirements
- Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports
- Coordinate with branches and other departments for accounting-related matters
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks

Requirements:




- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
- Previous experience in accounting is preferred; freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
